Project Description:

The CDC required renovations to the Lawrenceville Campus Building C, liquid nitrogen room, which included new flooring and relocation of existing freezers. 

Phasing of floor work needed to be coordinated the removal of and return of LN2 tanks to make room for flooring replacement phases. 

Demolition of entire room epoxy flooring in specified areas to be completed prior floor installation.

Provide all testing as required by the flooring manufacturer and ensure the substrate meets the required conditions prior to installing new flooring.

Provide certified proof that all flooring and flooring patching materials are compatible during the submittal phase.
