Jason Barber, Project Manager
Mr. Barber has over 8 years of experience in Project Management in both the Government and private sectors. With leadership skills and attention to detail from service in the U.S Army; Jason brings a dynamic mindset to the team. His main areas of experience lie in project controls and construction management. Jason holds a Bachelor’s of Finance degree from the University of West Georgia and is in the process of completing a Master’s Degree in Engineering Project Management from the University of Alaska at Anchorage.

Mr. Florence has over 36 years of experience in the Construction Management Industry with strong leadership and motivational skills. His strong presence is not only in the General Construction market but also Commercial and Military Construction, especially over the past 20 plus years.

Mr. Ginn has over 26 years experience in the Government and Military Construction Industry, as well as the Government Manufacturing affiliates such as Pratt & Whitney Aircraft F-16 and FY22 programs. Throughout his career he has a broad array of accomplishments working with the Military Bases and especially the Wounded Warrior Foundation Projects and has been a sustaining member of the Society of American Military Engineers for more than 15 years. Safety, Dedication, and Commitment always comes first.
Mrs. Henson supports our Project Managers and Superintendents by assisting with Contract tasks. Such tasks performed are Submittals, Pay Applications, and Transmittals, RFIs’s, RFP Responses, NOI’s and other administrative duties. High level security badging for subcontractors at the Center for Disease Control & Prevention. Also coordinates with the subcontractors to get badging access to any and all military bases that CincoVega obtains work.
Mrs. Piel supports our Project Managers and Superintendents by assisting with office tasks. Daily tasks performed are Accounting, Submittals, Close out Documents and Sales information.

Mr. Polo has over 11 years’ experience in Project Engineering and Construction Management. With leadership skills, Marketing experience, Facility Management, and Technical Skills. Giovanni brings insight to our team with an outlook on our company from every point view. He is a Major asset to company with the ability to speak fluent Spanish & English. Mr. Polo has gained significant knowledge on a wide range of civil engineering projects, in different markets such as commercial, residential and institutional, heavy civil, developing tasks on the structural, plumbing, and electrical trades. Giovanni holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from LaSalle University, Bogota, Colombia along with a Master of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
